Clear limits. No surprise overage charges.

One credit is one successful lookup, including cached responses, an opted-in stale response, an automatic monitoring refresh, or a successful item in a batch or tracking job. A lookup is a check of a shipment; it is not a shipment followed until delivery. Failed lookups and sandbox scenarios consume no lookup credits. Normal request-rate limits still apply.

Paid allowances renew on your subscription billing date. Free allowances renew on the first of each UTC calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. Upgrades increase the allowance for the existing period and retain usage already consumed. Lower-priced plans and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

For example, ten shipments checked four times a day for five days use approximately 200 successful lookups. Monitoring has a roughly six-hour target for up to 30 days, subject to source availability and remaining quota. Each plan has a finite allowance; request rates do not guarantee fresh carrier retrieval throughput.

At the limit, additional lookups pause until renewal or an upgrade. Your saved data remains accessible. Existing Free accounts retain their previous allowance through the end of the next calendar month after this update; Billing shows the transition date.
